My photography journey began in sports, and that foundation has shaped the way I work today. Sports photography taught me how to think quickly, trust my instincts, and nail the shot without hesitation. There’s no time to second-guess settings or pause a moment. Once it happens, it’s gone. That skill translates seamlessly to weddings, where anticipation, adaptability, and fast decision-making are everything.

Over the last six years, I’ve photographed nearly 100 weddings across Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri. I’ve continued to invest in my craft by attending multiple photography conferences and workshops, learning directly from world-class photographers. These experiences have refined my technical skills while also strengthening my ability to work efficiently, professionally, and collaboratively on a wedding day.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll almost always find a Dr. Pepper in my hand and my family by my side. We love traveling near and far, and exploring National and State Parks. At home, I’m an expert binge-watcher, an enthusiastic baker, and on non-wedding weekends, I’m at Casey Arena cheering on the Iowa Wild. We have season tickets and I'm pretty sure my son is the BIGGEST fan.
On a wedding day, I’m highly detail-oriented and intentional in the way I capture each celebration. No two weddings are the same, and I believe every gallery should reflect that uniqueness. My background as a Chick-fil-A manager deeply shaped my approach to client experience where the little things truly matter. From thoughtful check-ins and anticipating needs to going above and beyond whenever possible, I take pride in being someone couples can fully trust. I don’t just show up with a camera—I show up ready to serve, support, and elevate the entire wedding day experience.
